check print cartridge error despite replacing the print cartridge
Problem for HP PSC 1210v All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have a black ink cartridge in (not a color one)

I have a black ink cartridge in (not a color one) andhave selected for all printing to be black. My printer keeps telling me to check the ink cartridge my my computer says paper jam.

take out the cartridges from the printer and then clean the contact points on the cartridge. unplug the power cable from the back of the printer and press and hold the cancel and color copy button at the same time. While pressing and holding these two buttons down plug back the power cable back into the printer. we are doing a partial reset on the printer. and then try to insert the cartridges into the printer and the printer will realign all the cartridges. then try to print and check.
