Problem for Panasonic Camcorders

Hi...I'm trying to transfer/export videos from the disc DVD-R from the camcorder to my computer. I installed the software DVD-MovieAlbumSE 4.2 and the DVD-RAM Driver and the DVDfunSTUDIO 2.4 and I finalized the DVD-R already. When I open the program DVD-MovieAlbum - it says it the disc is an unknown format, and I should insert at DVD-RW. Is there a problem with the software being able to read DVD-R.

This sounds like your driver is unable to read this format. Check on the web for your driver and get the specifications. It should tell you what it can or cannot do.
