Problem for Brother HL-5250DN Laser Printer
Cannot change the rollers due to crinkling papers

cannot change the rollers in a Brothers HL-5250DN due to crinkling papers as it prints... How do I do this?

You problem is with the fusing assembly in the rear of the machine. This series of Brother are famous for it. If you open the back door you can get access to the fusing compartment. The fusers aren't cheap though, around $100 to 125.00. Cheaper to buy them from Ebay than through a dealer (and I am a dealer) as there are folks that are just taking the machines apart for parting them out. Just make sure you go with a new fuser, not used.
