I can not scan documents to my computer. Message

open the HP solution center, the icon must be on the desktop. then navigate to the scan settings button , then go to button settings. and then select the destination list button. there are several option on the left hand side you need to select them one by one and need to transfer them to the right hand side. then select the update button list.
then open up the services of the computer by typing the - services.msc command on the run or search menu then, from the list restart the HPZpmlDriver option.
restart the computer and printer and then try to scan.
