Hello.
When an electronic device(Mp3 Player) is dropped on The Floor the circuits/chips inside the Board got moved from their Original place.
Well you need to take it to an electrnic repair shop and tell them please can heat the board of my mp3 player.
The heat well make the Chips and other compenets to get back to their original places even melemeters back would make a difference.
