hi,

i am trying to upload files from the camcorder to my laptop which is running VISTA. I hear the sound when the cable is plugged in but can't find the hardware anywhere. I've installed the software and finalized the disc on the camcorder.

help
I have the same problem
I know someone who can solve this problem

When you plug the camera via USB, it creates a drive on your file system. Just open the files explorer and search for the new drive. If you are looking for the camera wizard, follow this link to activate the AutoPlay again
