Question about Nokia 7373 Cellular Phone
I have had my 7373 for 3 months, i havent done anything to it like drop it or get water on it, but for the last 2 or 3 weeks it has started resetting itself often (about 4 or 5 times a day) and more so when making a phone call, meaning i can only talk on my mobile for about a minute before it resets itself canceling the call, it is SO frustrating, anyone know how to fix it?!?!?
See if the phone restarts wihtout the simcard/memory card. If that doesn't work then check the battery - take it out and wipe the gold contacts with a cloth. Put it back in firmly.
If all of these do not work, backup your files and do a Master Reset on your phone. This will delete everything and make the phone like new. Make sure anything you want to keep is backed up.
