I get plain paper or double when I received fax from my uf5300 laser print one page from 5 pages that sent and I got empty pages and double somtimes

Paper feed rollers and sheet feed pad dirty. Feed roller on top pad should be just below. Clean with alcohol. Papers have clay in them. Recycled is worst. It will glaze the pick up roller and pad.

When printing dark line down copy

A line down the copy can come from a dirty document scanner lens.
Usually white out or wet ink will smudge on the document scanner. Opening the document cover check the scanner for a dirty glass. Some document feeders have the white roller on top of the small glass window. They have delicate plastice retainers that hold the roller on both ends. Extra care needs to be taken if this roller is removed.
Clean the roller and the glass with wet towel. Shine a flashlight on the glass to see if there are anymore black marks on it.
Use the finger-nail to run across the glass and make sure no debris is on it. Even a spot can make a line on the copy.
Also, a bad fuser roll can cause a black line on the copy. A defective drum unit can cause a line on the copy as well.
If all else fails place a Xerox service call for this problem.

The faxes coming through are blank pages, I received faxes yesterday but today they are coming through blank and the ink cartridge is brand new.

take the cartridge out and dab it on a paper towel - there should be a dark black solid rectangle of ink - if not the printhead is dry or blocked - if it is dry soak the printhead( the place the ink comes out) in a dish of warm water for 2 or three minutes and try blotting again - if that doesnt solve your problem take the cartridge back to the retailer or refill store you got it from

Savin 9935dpe /ricoh 350 toner waste near full. Where is the

If you can locate the imaging drum unit, the ink is usually stored inside. The imaging drum has a roller with green film over it (this part may not be exposed), which is light sensitive, don't leave it in a bright area for long periods of time, or you may shorten the drum's lifetime.

You'll may have to remove the green roller (is sometimes a dark-blue or black), or some other parts, in order to find a grate. This grate is usually where the ink is dumped, though the design may differ depending on the model. Also, be careful when taking apart your drum, as it is filled with powdered ink, and if you turn it the wrong way, it will spill, and it is very very messy. If you're in an appropriate cleaning area, however, this may be a good way to locate where your ink is stored.

I'm not particularly familiar with Ricoh products, but that is how most laser-printer technology works.

Transmitted pages are too dark, practically unreadable :

I suspect your scanner unit is going bad or it is extremely dirty.

Making a copy gets same result as when you send.

Smudging and overlapping

By smudging do you mean the print is actually rubbing off?
I am going to assume you are seeing some reprint on all printed pages.
If I am understanding correctly, what you have is a bad fuser, most likely a bad heat roller.
That is the heated area just before the pages exit the machine.
The coating on those rolls wear out with time, or may even debond from the aluminum. The ink does not then properly melt into the paper, sticks to the roller and progressively becomes worse.
Replacement of the fuser should resolve that issue. That's simply a normal wear item.

Fax sending problem

It sounds like you have a few problems. First, the comm error usually means there was a problem communicating with the other fax. This maybe caused by a phone line issue, or a bad connection. You will have to replace you ink but that does not have anything to do with your sending issues. As far as the pages getting stuck, the separation pad under the top cover should be cleaned. If you lift up the cover where you load your pages to be sent, and look in there(on the backside of the keyboard)you will see a flat square rubber piece. Clean it thoroughly with a rag and some rubbing alcohol. Also clean the rubber rollers as well. Good luck John

Oki Fax 4580 problem

Does this happen when you perform a test print such as an activity report or config page? if it does you may have a transfer roller issue. The transfer roller is the long black spongy roller directly under the drum, the metal rod in the roller conducts a charge that interacts with the drum. If the roller is dirty (usually chocked up with toner) the necessary charge is diminished and the image will be lighter. You will have to remove the roller in order to clean it, (TURN THE POWER OFF) there is a bendable plastic tab at the right side end of the roller that will release the roller. I personally drench the roller with metho and then wrap a rag around it and squeeze the metho/toner out (dont do this with lexmark rollers, they deform) let dry and give it a try, also check the end of the metal rod and where it connects for contamination.
