Problem for DISH Network 311 DTV Receiver
I rescanned my mothers TV this morning then went
I rescanned my mothers TV this morning then went through all the channels to make sure they were all present.Everything was fine until I went through the channels again and found that I had lost ITV1.The channels go 1 2 and then jumped to 7.I scanned again and the same thing happened.Its a fairly new TV and digibox.I live only a short disrance away and my TV is fine.

Try to manually add cahn 3 or 4 to the lineup. if there is a reciver installed with a coax cable then it should show up on cahn 3 or 4. also you can also try entering the cahn number manually such as pressing zero, three on the keypad or whichever chan you a re trying to access.
