when computer isturned on the keyboard status lights are all on with the light with the number 9 in it is flashing

That sequence of lights indicates a motherboard failure. Remove all drives, RAM, Battery and Wireless cards, see if LED indications change, if they do add 1 RAM module back and see if system will POST. If it does, keep adding items till the faulty item is ID'd. If LEDs do not change, or still no POST with any RAM module, replace the motherboard
