getting a 5100 error .
put in new ink and camera card it works till hit print then shows an error -5100

5100 means the carriage is not moving freely because of paper scraps inside or grease or ink on the encoder strip behind the carriage. you can try cleaning the strip gently with just a damp Q-tip, moist with water, and look inside for scraps or things that don't belong.
