Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
When first turning on my Razr v3, I get a text message with an error saying the message cannot be sent. Please enter a 10 digit mobile number or valid short code. I did not send anything. How do I find and correct the outbox settings on this phone?
The phone probably has some flakey firmware. Have you tried to re-do the over the air programming? *228 with verizon or us cell.
That may fix the problem, or you may have to take it to your local store to have the phone flashed. That resets all the memory to factory fresh. If that doest help let me know ill help all i can!
