I need to power off my Bizhub daily, sometimes twice a day for network users to print. I have a static IP address set on it and I have a reservation made on the DHCP server. This has been going on now for 2 weeks. I can't think of anything that has been changed in that tine that would affect it. There are no errors on the BIZhub control pannel, the users receive errors on their computers "print job failed". After I power off and power on the printer the jobs print. It doesn't appear to be users specific. It seems like it may only be doing this on PDF files. Nobody can print after someone received error until it has been rebooted. However, once it is rebooted it has no issues printing any type of format. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
I have seen a corrupt print driver cause this many times test all workstations for printing then once you find the workstation that locks up the machine delete that driver and reinstall.
