I can't get the keyboard NOR mouse to work, plugged it in and my computer doesn't recognize them at all. What do I do??

you will most likely need to go into the bios and enable usb keyboard and mouse, this should correct the issue.

You will most likely need to press the Del key when booting up to get into the bios.
