I try to install win 7 ultimate on my acer 5101

I try to install win 7 ultimate on my acer 5101 with 2Gb Ram. I did it. But there is no aero, laptop become slow and give me samo information like @you must ... hardware acereleration? Please, help me. Thanks

You shouldn't have upgraded, an Acer 5101 is not Windows 7 capable, it was barely Vista capable.
