Trying to use HP Recovery CDs on notebook. When answer yes to reformat HD an error code appears, the error code is 0x400 1100 20000 100a

This error comes because of bed indexing unit in harddisk.
For that boot your computer with recovery disk then follow the procedure then delete all partition 1 by 1.
Then create new partiton.
then fomrat 1 partition and install windows.
Try this 4 to 5 times then you can success .
