Dx2200 stops booting up. then shows a purple and yellow dotted screen !!! why ?

If your screen shows a clear picture to start with then it is most likely the video card driver. I don't know what you mean by no access to safe mode, but if you can get into safe mode you should be able to uninstall the video driver and restart. Safe mode is usually accessed by hitting F8 before windows starts so as soon as you see a picture on the screen start hitting F8 a few times until you get to the safe mode selection menu.

Windows does not shutdown properly, asks me if i want to restart in safe mode?

It never hurts to start in safe mode. While in safe mode, some things will not be available to you. Be aware that there is a reason your computer is telling you to start in safe mode. Something happened, hardware or software related, that caused a problem. Windows allows you to start in safe mode to correct problems. Not knowing what the problem was, I might suggest starting in safe mode, then go to start, all programs, accessories, system tools, then system restore. Try to restore your computer to a few days ago when it was working properly. Then restart, and hopefully it will work.

Dell XP restart problem

This error comes due to 1. RAM problem or 2.Hard disk problem or 3.Software/device driver problem or some times 4.Virus problem.
First you run the system in safe mode (pressing F8 at booting) - restore the system (start-programs - accessories - system tools - system restore). PC will be restarted and if it runs well then fine. If not again run in safe mode- uninstall few softwares or utilities, clear the temporary files, few drivers - restart the PC it may run well. If it does not run in safe mode the problem may be due to virus or critical RAM problem (main suspects, as the error may be for different reason). Now you format the hard disk and install your applications and drivers one by one and restart and check whether the problem repeats. Failure with the step you should change the RAM. With all failures - motherboard should be repaired and you have to give to the service center.

Just bought an acer aspire ax1200-b1581a.it worked fine for a few days now it will pop up there was a problem with the internet and shut the itnernet down,it started out going blue screen and at the bottom...

I think the problem is related to virus. Try restoring your PC to an earlier date 9 a date when it worked fine). You do this from Start-> Programs -> Accesories -> System Tools -> System Restore. Select
Restore my computer to an earlier time and Click Next. A date calender will appear, select the preferred date and click Next twice. The system will automatically restart when restoration is done.

If u are not abe to run System Restore then you need to enter safe mode by pressing F8 during booting and selecting Safe Mode from the menu that appears. In safe mode you will be asked a question, you have to select no, and system restore will start

If restoring your pc does not solve the problem then you may need to reinstall your OS.
