Turn the refrigerator temp control down try factory setting, usually c on frige and 3 on freezer control. The cold air circulating from the freezer enters at the top of the frige therefor it is usually colder.

Not sure what model you have so I need to guess that it only has a thermostat control that regulates temperature? Can you post the Model Number? If your model only uses the temperature control to regulate temperatures then I suspect that the temperature control is at fault and needs replaced. Spare parts HERECan you locate your model number? you should send model number,if you have a damper control in your model most likely this is the problem,all that happens is cold air blows over from the freezer from the evaporator fan and blows through the top section of the fridge side,if the damper door isn't closing all the way it will cause freezing in the fridge section.

you gotta send model number,there are different things that can cause this,if the freezer is on top,the cold air from the freezer gets blown into the fridge in the center of the top shelf so if any food is near this it will freeze if the air isn't monitored, check the settings first,it could be set to high, there's a cold control or thermostat that monitors how much air comes into the fridge and when it reaches a certain temp it shuts off but it sounds like your having a problem with it,also on some fridges they have a damper that can mess up,there's a door on it that doesn't close and the cold air just keeps coming into the fridge and things start freezing up
Hi, I can help you. The drain is plugged in the freezer section. Could I get the model #? Some models need an after market drain heat strip added. Please let me know and I can get you through tis.
If its anything like a GE refrigerator, there is a flapper valve between the freezer and refrigerator that controls the temp of the refrigerator compartment. There should be a plastic shroud at the top refrigerator compartment against the freezer wall. Remove it and see if the flapper is broken. Usually you can epoxy the flapper or if not, buy a new part.
Keep in mind my experience is with a GE, but I think its pretty much the same machine.
