Sound problem I cannot hear my w850i .its on full volumebut its very low .sorry iam refering to the ring volume

this could be a codec problem or video was record on low sound settings .try checking that your sound is up full right click on sound icon....open volume mixer make sure all slides are up full.

You can Adjust your Ringer Level to High...If your Ringer is in Full Volume and No Sound/Bad Sound-the Problem is with Buzzer or Board Complaint[Board complaint in Rare Case]
Ringer Option in 6300:

• Settings
• Profile
• General
• 'Personalise'
• 'Incoming Call alert'[Must be in RINGING]
• Move to Bottom 'RINGING VOLUME'[move to Right side-now you can Hear Sound-Set to High Level or as you Like
• It may ask for Confirm Selection of high Ring Vol
• Alert For 'ALL CALLS'[at Bottom]
• 'Save' Click
• Then Activate GENERAL

You are Done[In this way -you can Select any Profile]

Sounds like progressive or ascending ring tones is active.

Do you have your ringtone set to ascending? If so that is the reason.

The ring tone volume on the X1 is not very loud you will just have to choose a loud ring tone that will catch your attention. Have you tried putting both the phone and ring tone volume up by pressing the speaker symbol at the to of the screen and putting both sliders up full.

there is problem with ur speaker which make sound. it need to be replaced take it to technician so it can be replaced

can't hear from other side when me calling them but they can hear me.
help me to solve this problem

just decrease the ear piece volume frm settings in ur fone.it will b done.
