ive installed the software but the cam still wont work
I have the same problem
I know someone who can solve this problem

Yes! I got problems too...system 8otherwise in good order) crashed twice when trying to use it with skype. Picture undescribable - blurred, motion too slow...I´m afraid I´ll have to scrap it and buy a better (and more expensive) one

UNPLUG the cam. Uninstall all software and drivers related to it. Reboot. Install software and drivers. Just AFTER instaling software plug the cam back in. I hope that helps you.
