im playing fall out 3 and have upload the add on but it wont let me go 2 a paticular part i need 2 get 2 it keeps freezing up the screen goes complet blue or it is saying the disk cant be read but the disk is clean. wot is going on?

I just got Fallout 3 as well and as i start the game it will freeze up on me usually within the first minute or so. Sometimes it gets to the point when I take control I want to know if there is any way I can fix this please let me know...
