Arcam AVR-200 5.1 Channels Receiver

Power Pack Blown maybe....

My Arcam AVR200 turns on but turns itself off after 5 seconds. I think it may be due to a power pack being blown as the power light keeps flashing red. If so, is it something that can easily be repaired and where?

Thanks
Donald

I have AVR 300. When playing DVDs it often turns itself off for no reason and the red light starts flashing. Nothing happens when using the tuner though.
