Go to the calls setting then find calls recive option and turn it to recive from all i think it is seted on recive only from contacts if not solve then tell me again.thats it

If the call has left the physical line of the land line, you cannot transfer it back to the fax. The only way to do that is to have it actually transferred (by forwarding or similar) back to the line, but there's no possible way for the fax itself to request back the call, since it's no longer on the line.
