Cummins Diesel Engine Injector pump (24 Valve

Cummins Diesel Engine Injector pump (24 Valve Cummins) problem ---VP44


Changed out 5.9 Cummins on a 1999 dodge ram 2500 that had a cracked block (53) to a 2002 5.9 stripped to long block and used all the 1999 running parts (VP44) and electrical (even used 1999 harness).
PROBLEM: Not getting fuel to two injectors (2,5). Took line off and blew out ---still no fuel.

Would you have any suggestions please.
