Are you trying to install the router ? You don't need the CD to install the router. You can do it manually. you will need to access the router set up. Click Here for step by step solution

You do not really need setup CD, simple connect your router to PC, then type in your browser http://192.168.0.1 and you are in!

Please follow the below link to download the drivers for your router.
ftp://ftp.dlink.com/Gateway/dir615/Apps/RouterSetup_dir615_410.exe
Its a direct link so you will just need to hit the link and drivers will download.
