Question about Panasonic Workio DP-2330 Printer
Most of the time an E4-01 is one you can blame on gremlins. I might happen for no reason. If so, you'll have to go in to service mode (function + original size + 3), go to F9, scroll down to ram initialize, and find the command LBP fuser reset. Hit that, it will tell you to reset the power. It should come back up and be fine after that.
If it comes back with the same error, you'll have to pull the fuser out and replace either/or the thermistat or thermal fuse. You can check for continuity after removing the thermistat or thermal fuse and see which one is bad.

I never face this problem but could find some thing valuable for you please see below..
The fuser can not reach operating temperature. This is usually do to a power fluctuation or outage. There are possible solutions to your repair.
FIRST ONE is that it just might need to be reset in service mode. There is a built in "electronic fuse" like the check engine light in your car. Simply might just need to be reset.
SECOND ONE is the Fuser lamp or thermal fuse has blown and need to be replaced. You should hope for the first solution as the second is very labor intensive and will cost big money!
. Give a call to the dealer you bought it from and see if they will walk you through the reset over the phone. If they need to come out to "look over" the machine, have them bring the current version of software so they can update your machine. There have been MANY software updates for this machine.
Hope this post was usefull , kindly let me know by providing your valuable rating.
