In the device manager there are two devices that are not working, base system device and unknown. I cannot find drivers for these. I also cannot get the memory card slot to read any memory cards. So I can't find the driver for that either. I am using a HP Compaq NC6000 pc with windows xp home. I had to update some drivers but cannot figure out the rest, help!

To help you with this problem, you should have the computer support cd. It contains all the drivers of your computer and it can help you a lot in installing the drivers of your computer. You can also visit the Hp.com and download there the drivers neccessary for your computer to operate properly. Hope this could help you. Please don't forget to rate me..Thanks:-)
