I Jailbroke my phone with blackweather & it now has the error1603

I Jailbroke my phone with blackweather and used the Rock version, tried to download an app it told me i had to restart the iphone(3gs 16gb)when i did it appeared with the usb cable going up to the itune icon telling me i needed to restore. When i conect it up it looks like its going to do the restore then appears with the error 1603. I've tried updating all softwares they are both up-to-date ive tried to restore it without the sim none of these are working what else can i do?
