UNIT IS LOCKED ON AND WONT SWITCH OFF OR COUNTDOWN TO ZERO AND SWITCH OFF.DISCONNECTED FROM VEHICLE AND STILL WONT SWITCH OFF NO RESPONSE TO TOUCHING SCREEN OR PRESSING TOP ON/OFF BUTTON - UNIT IS JUST LOCKED ON AND WILL ONLY SHOW FIRST WHERE TO SCREEN - ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE?

okay have sussed it found a reset button under aerial flap and now working again - no instruction manual available that would have saved me some time and couldnt obtain one anywhere.
I have the same problem
I know someone who can solve this problem
