TAO PHOTO KEY CHAIN

1 IT DONT WILL NOT LOAD ON VISTA OR MY XP .. IT ALWAYS COMES UP CAN NOT CONNNECT AND IVE TRIED OVER AND OVER..
INSTALED AND THEN TRY IT AGAIN TOOK IT OUT .. AND TRIED WITH IT PLUGGED IN EITHER WITH THE USB CORD / WITH DISK WITH OUT DISK .
2 WHY ARE THE THE BUTTONS ON THE KEY CHAIN BACKWORDS?
IVE TRIED OVER AND OVER TO DELETE PICTURES AND WELL IT DONT DO IT AS WELL..
