There could be a few problems,

Q1. The audio track you are playing is a loud one.

A1. Does the music play loud anywhere else, Like, On your PC? If it does, There you go.


Q2. Do all the songs play loud? If so, It may be broken.

2A. So far as I know, There isn't a repair site for it, I may be wrong, But, Maybe not. Sorry.
