The push pump is jammed and doesn't come back up

It doesn't work to pump water, due to the fact that the mechanism doesn't come back up for another push down. HELP

I have the same problem

I know someone who can solve this problem

Same thing Happened to Us. I corrected it by unscrewing the top and re-snapping into place the Open/Close mechanism.
