Help i have a labtop and it has a webcam built with it how can connect it

hey naomi, make sure you download the web cam manufactor software for the driver you may be able to find this at microsoft.com or your labtop manufactor.

GO TO WWW.SONY.COM
THEN CLICK SUPPORT AND FIND YOUR DRIVER AND DOWNLOAD IT

Visit the laptop manufacturer's support website and dowload the latest software from there.

go to my comp. look for webcam.

search your laptop for specs, copy model name of webcam, then search for driver on offical website (Logitech), install it.

Then look again at my comp.

or use the application. (if one comes with driver.)

you can download the application software for your built camera in hp support web site

i have an acer one mini pc and has a built in Acer Crystal Eye Webcam.
i didnt have much instruction either.
it may not be exactly like yours, but it certainly wasnt where I would've expected it.

On mine, you click Start button, go to My Computer, where all the drives and docs are.
My camera was in there. you could click it just to play with and even snap a photo.
i've found the only way to make a video, or make it a webcam was w/ another app.
I've used Facebook, and Yahoo IM's. Works alright. A novely really. Stills are great, but movies are jerky. Low fps. have to move very slow or u r a blur. ;)

Open windows movie maker from the start menu and use it to record video from you built in web cam

yeah it made for using online, do install its drivers and application. it can be used with messengers as well.

Go to HP's website and download software for the cam if it was built-in cam.
