Question about Konica Minolta DiALTA Di200 Copier
As this product is not listed can anyone help with a problem with the paper becoming concertined in the rollers at the end of the paper feed outlet. It has printed OK but get stuck each time just before the outlet. I had no problems until getting a print from the internet which went wrong and the machine was turned off to stop printing. I am desperate to try and solve this problem. Help someone please.
Fixalot may have hit the nail on the head. Make sure the tray is set for the correct paper size being used. Is it displaying a particular jam code?

Could be that it is printing a legal print on letter paper. This causes a timing error which appears as a jam. If it is accordion folding behind the exit rollers the paper could be hanging on the exit sensor flag. If it accordian folds in the fuser then the fuser needs replacing.
