Hi there, i have a problem with my motherboard. I bouth it second hand with P4 CPU and Power suply, when i plug it into my computer it reads the hdd and dvd-rom and thats it, staing like this all day. When you turn the computer on it says Packard bell. Can you help me please...

Hi,
Check The RAM ( Memory )
also that the DVD And Hard-Drive jumper settings, are correct. i.e Hard-Disk set As Slave. DVD/CD ROM SET As Master ( if on the same IDE Connector/Cable ) Also insert your operating system Disk, In The CD?DVD Drive.
