As I have researched this topic, You may have to contact the seller. Depending on whether he's the retailer, or not, the retailer needs to contact Bang and Olufsen in order to receive the master code, which when entered it makes the thing operational, with the pin deactivated.
Basically, If he's the retailer, ask him to contact the company... if not, ask him where he got the thing, and call them to see if they could help you out!
