put ur System restore off..!!..right click on my computer->properties->system restore tab..
immediately download n install an UPDATED licensed antivirus..(i prefer avg/kaspersky)..[without updation, a licensed n full ver antivirus is useless]..hv a thorough system scan..
remove any unused or unknown software from add-remove program..
download, install n run microsoft kb890830..
download n run 'Startup Control Panel'..uncheck all unnecessary startup items..for more help, u may post me/us comments..

search for autorun.ini & autorun.inf..remove from all drives (esp if u hv any removable media like pen drive or so)..
restart..
[if ur antivirus finds it n does not removes it, just post me/us the virus name, i/we'll find u a solution to remove it mannualy]..
else u may opt for a fresh format n reinstall os..but do remember, always install the antivirus 1st as said..then may browse other drives/cds/dvds/data backups..
always better to seek supervision frm ur system admin/vendor....
