When I turn on the camera, the lens won't come out

when I turn on the camera, the lens won't come out and it says 'system error'. After a couple of seconds the camera shuts off.

Your Camera lens is stuck inside the well in the body, whether due to dust in the well between the camera body and the lens housing or due to mechanical rack and pinion defect. If it is the former then use the vacuum cleaner to pull out the dust/sand from the well and powering the camera on and off regularly and if it is the mechanical fault then a professional help may be needed.
