- Need to get into the Comcast Router to add the Roku MAC address, not sure how to do this...
The MAC address is the non copyable address which is set at manufacture in all PC and wireless systems. You need to add your Roku to your network by telling the network to scan for the Roku or telling the Roku to scan for the network, either way, your PC should ask you if you wish to add the found devices to the network and you need to answer yes and then input the PIN number you gave your wirless system when you set it all up. If you are not using at least WPA security then you need to as an unsecured wireless network is an open invitation to someone stealing your identity and your online limits, like your download limit.. Tell the Roku to scan for active networks, when it finds yours, it should try and connect and this should trigger a message from your PC asking you if you wish to allow the connection. After you have entered yes, you will need to use the network password which you set at in itial network setup. You can also ask your PC to scan for devices and then follow the same procedure as above..Networks are set up and adjusted through the network wizards in Control Panel..

I get a busy signal when I pick up the phone. My telephone green light on the modem is constantly blinking and there is no light on the bottom battery ....I have no clue if that light is supposed to be on or not. I thought maybe someone called here and did not hang up their phone????. The only calls on my phone are from those pesky 800 scamming credit card creeps. Help!!
