It will not print the black ink

Have you clean the printhead and reseating the ink cartridges?

heres the you need to do

-Reseat both ink cartridges
-Calibrate the printhead (Press menu button and look for calibrate printer to do it)
-Clean printhead (press menu then look for clean printhead choose deepclean)

-Press and hold Photo and copy botton at the same time to print your DEMO PAGE!

-If the black is absent it means the nozzles of the printhead is clogged you need to call kodak for printhead replacement Toll Free 1 800 421 6699. GudlucK
