my in dash nav unit uses 2005 navteq maps. These maps are almost 5 years old now. Is there any way to update these maps for the Panasonic Strada CN-NVD905U model system?

The map update is available from Panasonc for $150, it is advertised for $300. But when you call to order it they will tell you it's $150, and it with come with a disk and SD Card. Just Follow the instructions to do the update, this update will also apply to the iPod video problem too. The number is 1-800-405-0652 and tell them you need to purchase CA-MAHD08U.

Follow htis link to the NavTeq site and choose the Update Your Map option. They will sell you the update online...
