For that when you power up the computer then hold and press F8 key untill you see windows logo.
Then you can see safe mode and other menu.
Enter in safe mode then uninstall cam drivers and its software from device manager.
Right click on my computer icon then click on property then hardware->device manager.
Then you can see all driver list.Uninstall cam driver.
Also uninstall cam driver and it's software from start->control panel->add remove program.
If you are not able to enter in safe mode thne you need to repair your windows .
For that insert windows xp disk in rom then when you power up the computer press F1 or F2 or "del" key
to enter in bios then go to boot menu and set first boot device as your cd/dvd ropm then save settings and exit.
Then it boot with your disk follow the procedure and repair choose "r" option for "Repair previous windows"
Let me know if you need further assistance.
Thanks for using FixYa.

Dec 26, 2009 - Hi Mr. KrishMaqVan,
Thank you sir, sincerely for your speedy answer,
I can not boot At The Moment from my cd which I left in another apartment of mine up North in Israel.
This week I shall be staying in my apartment in Central Israel.
In any case I am not sure if damage has been caused to the Entire computer.
However, I will do the following to know where things stand at the moment.
I understand I can boot from 6 floppies.
I have downloaded from the microsoft website
the file WinXP_EN_PRO_BF.exe from which to create 6 floppies.
I will probably need your assistance on how to insert them when all 6 floppies are ready.
I understand that I need to change the Bios Boot Preference
to Floppy and start by inserting Diskette no. 1 when asked to begin the floppy booting process.
If I EVER reach the stage when I am prompted to enter the Original Xp Pro Disc I will
have to go to my appartment up North to get hold of it and insert it to my computer cd drive.
(what a mess...)
In addition Sir,
How is it that Microsoft Lifecam offer no support at all for a VAST technical issue as crashing down
the xp pro o.s. having not being able to complete the Lifecam vx-3000 setup process?
My xp pro is 32 bit not 64 (they say that Lifecam vx-3000 will not function with 64 bit o.s).
I checked the LifeCam system requirements PRIOR to installing the Lifecam setup file
and there was nothing at all to indicate that my o.s. was not compatible with LifeCam Vx-3000.
I almost got through the entire LifeCam Vx-3000 setup process
(one could see an advancing green line.. almost being complete) and suddenly...
A Terrifying Black Screen saying something about a memory address problem and the system being Halted.
