When i enter my product key from the sticker of authencity on the bottom of my laptop it says i entered an invalid key, and i only had my computer for one month.

Cannot access powerpoint, excel, word....Keeps asking for product key but when I enter the product key from the sticker on the bottom of my computer. The prompt says the key is invalid. I've only had my computer for approximately one month.

Here's a suggestion... After you get your product key Keep it! If you lost it, use winguggle to get it again. :)

You can get a new key from Microsoft by calling them:
Contact Microsoft loadTOCNode(2, 'moreinformation'); To obtain a new product key for your Office program, call 1-800-936-5700 and speak to a customer service representative. If you have the following information ready and available for when you speak to a customer service representative, it will help speed up your call: • The product CD. • The computer on which you want to install Office. • The readable parts of your original product key (if available).

I am having the same problem with my new HP laptop. The pop up is coming up and asking for my product key for the 56 day free trial. I put it in and it tells me that it is the wrong code. My big problem is that I am perefctly happy with my Open Office program or the wordpad program for most of my work, and it is the MS Office Pop-up that is driving me crazy.
Can any one tell me how to get rid of this nucance pop-up?

hi , i have just bought a new hp wireless computer. it says i've entered a wrong product key and i v got 25 chances to reenter it. im positive tht iv entered the correct key,

pliz help coz im not goin to spend some more money buying a new one. thts rediculous
