Ok, Do you know which version you have? Once you do try and update the firmware. Follow the directions exactly. you can follow the above link click on your model and you will be able to download the firmware there. If you still have the problem you will want to consider upgrading/replacing the router. Unless the router is less then a year old then it is still under warranty. Also just to make sure that its not your internet what happens when you just hook up one computer directly to the internet if the internet stays connected then you know its the router and you will need to perform the above steps.
