i installed the disc and downloaded it, but my printer is still not responding. I have windows vista. my printer is a lexmark X1190 all in one. please help

I unattached the USB cable and reattached. I unattached the power supply cord and reattaced it. I reinstalled the lexmark system. It's still saying the printer can not connect with the computer.
