Here is my problem I can't get any calls the go derect to my voice mail how can I fix it, I can make call but no recive please help me

It sounds like a voice mail indicator thru the TECOM voice mail service. Can you call Telco and ask them if you have voice mail, then you can either set it up or cancel it.

some phones have virtual voice mail...which means you must syc it with the service voice mail ... if voice mail is pass word protected ...you must program the voice mail password and information into the virtual voice mail or it will not retrieve messages or give you notification of incoming voice mail.. The directions they give you for this is really asinine and hard to understand. Call your service provider they will be able to help you.

As your using samsung sch u350 you can forward your call by following simple step.Go to main menu select settings after that select call settings after that select call divert after that select divert all voice calls then activate you can give your another number there you can recive calls.Other wise you can forward it to voice mailbox.Your old number will recive only message .

You may have turned the radio off on your phone by activating Airplane mode. This mode will send all calls to your voice mail.

Check your owners manual to re-active your phone to Normal mode.

This might happen's because the voice mail number in you're Handheld might be wrong, Please check with that.
If the number is correct you your call will be transfered to voice mail, If the voice mail number is wrong then you need to contact you're service provider.
To find the voice mail number follow the step's:-
1) Go to call log.
2) Press menu key.
3) Select Option's
4) Select voice mail.

it shoudl go in to you messaging box and be ina voicemail folder and tell you if u have 1

voice mail service so that the

try turnin ur voice mail off and discornecting it so that voice mail wont be abel 2 be acsessed

Go to your call settings and turn your DTMF tones to the on positon. That should fix the problem
