Problem for Toshiba Satellite A300-0CF035 PC Notebook
Colors muddled, whites are pale yellow

- I ensured that video driver was up to date. Laptop was definitelely not bumped or dropped. About 3 weeks worth of problem was not cured by safe mode, colors were off before windows started up. Color correction did not help. HOWEVER, today after booting up everything seems to be ok, without any further tweeking. Only thing that was changed was the auto windows update. This is like a toothache going away in the dentist's office. Sorry to have troubled you. Hopefully this was not a video card issue.Clarification Request

If the video drivers are wrong or the color settings are off it could do this. Does it appear correct in safe mode? Also would need to know if this was dropped or bumped or if you noticed a gradual change in the display.
