I have a 1GB ilo mp3 player the pink one. No matter what media player I try to use to delete the songs on this device I got a failure error. realer player, sonicstage, window media player, rhapsody, they all give me an error message saying they can't delete this song from this device. What can I do to solve this problem? Do any one know?

access songs on your computer to delete them
