Re: My player is saying no data even when pc shows mp3...

Are you able to run these mp3 files on the player from PC? If you can run them in PC and your player continues to show NO DATA then there may be virus in your files. best solution is to format the player and reload the songs from th PC. If this does not work, it is better to contact the retailer.

Im trying to convert a QCP file to an MP3 file. I have a conversion program but it seems to be damaging the file, not full play time of the song/file and bad quality. how can I make this work?

Rename the file to .WAV (change the .QCP extension to .WAV) then you can either play the WAV file itself OR convert the WAV file (for free) with CDex.

Problem the screen says not closed properly last time tells me to compact file ,I tried to compact and says unable compact file. this is all I know

Whenever the FTM is not closed properly, it checks the file system. Generally a good idea to close the program when all is running fine, then restart to see that it's all running fine, and continue to work then. In menu EDIT there is also a facility to check for errors, normally for relationship issues or bad links, but may show up other problems as well.
Generally no need to compact files.

Cinemania97 and Windows 7

YOU DIRTY CINEMANIAC! don't you know we have IMDB now?!
ahem...yeah I still use Cin 97 too...the suggestion tool is great and I have all those old lists I spent HOURS on!
Firstly are you still using the actual CD-ROM disc itself? if NO skip the next part... if YES - the good news is that the program is easily copied to a HDD and runs superfast. Just open a window showing the contents of the disc and navigate to the DATA folder. This folder contains ALL the necessary files so copy it to any location you choose (eg C:\Cinemania)
double-click on the DATA folder and then the APP folder... see the file CNMNIA97.EXE? double-click it... Voila!
for some reason this .exe doesn't generate the error messages that the default launch file (CINMANIA.EXE) generates, so just create a shortcut that points to this file instead. DONE!
Cinemania 97 lists have a *.C7L extension - to use your old lists just find and copy these files to the location that Cinemania keeps its newly created .C7L files under Win 7.
Create a new list and search for *.C7L - for me the path is: C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Multimedia\Cinemania

How do i download a song that i like to a USB cable?

Assuming you mean a USB flash drive or MP3 player via USB, I first have to warn you that you must obey all copyright laws for copyrighted songs. That being said, as long as you have purchased a song legally, you can put that on any device you wish. It's not easy because all of the software out there restricts you to explicitly NOT be able to use the song on any device you want even though you own the right to listen to it now.

It is easiest to burn the files to CD first, then import them into iTunes as MP3 then copy the MP3 files from your iTunes folder in My Documents\My Music\iTunes to your USB device.

Most USB devices use the file name to identify the song so you will need to rename the MP3 files on your USB device.

See if you can find the software to your MP3 player online. It should be a free download. If so, download it and see if it will repair the problem.

Windvd Audio Problems

you are using windvd so that must mean you use windows, i'm not sure if you have to convert but if you do, (just try)
if you want to use it from a cd, start windows media player, go to the rip menu, and rip the songs to the prefered location

itunes format is probably m4p, m4a or m4b, you can convert these with Protected Music Converter
it's even free!
