my player is saying no data even when pc shows mp3 files on it

no data

I have the same problem

I know someone who can solve this problem

Are you able to run these mp3 files on the player from PC? If you can run them in PC and your player continues to show NO DATA then there may be virus in your files. best solution is to format the player and reload the songs from th PC. If this does not work, it is better to contact the retailer.
