The television suddenly shut off (while we were watching something). Loss of picture and sound. We noticed the stand-by light blinking (2 short blinks, pause, 2 short blinks.. etc. We waited for a while, then turned it on again and I heard TV making a 'clicking' noise like it was turning on and then off
